Notable changes
Confirmation popups and error messages are now being displayed inside the Main Window. The text overlay appears over the window which turns gray to let users know that a message needs their attention.
More tooltips have been added in the Managers in order to explain what some of the icons do in a more accessible, user-friendly manner.
Notable bug fixes
On login forms it was impossible to generate a password from the Toolbar or the Main Window if an alias email address had already been generated for the username field. This is now fixed.
A few problems with the Twitter website had been reported and are now fixed: generating passwords for new Twitter accounts wasn’t always working as expected and retrieving credentials from the Smartfield Icon would sometimes fail.
Users were unable to retrieve their credentials from the Smartfield Icon on klgates.com and remarkable.com. They were also experiencing similar but milder issues with urbanoutfitters.com. It is now working properly.
The graph “Trackers Control” in the Dashboard has been improved so it is easier to read and understand: the colors displayed are more consistent with the legend.
Known issues we are working on
Our Browser Extension stops working when on the “Password Required” window on https://www.pandora.com/settings/info. We are investigating a solution.
expedia.com has a bug that blocks the creation of an account with an alias email address on some devices. This is not linked to the validity of the alias though, and you can use the same alias to create an account from a different device.
Notable changes
More actions are now readily available directly from the Smartfield Icon’s list of accounts. Swiping left enables the “edit” function while swiping right enables the “delete” function.
In the Password Manager, Alias Manager and Data Manager, it is now possible to select multiple items and to apply the same action to all of them.
Users can no longer rate the app directly from the app’s settings. It was not taken into account in the Google Play Store, so it has been removed to avoid confusion. Please go to the Google Play Store to let us know how well we are doing!
Push notifications to alert users in case of important issues have been implemented. Users can now be notified of serious security issues (such as when a login on a new device is detected, an update is required, a security breach has occurred, etc.) as well as major changes.
Notable bug fixes
Multiple minor user interface issues have been fixed in this version, notably when presenting the app and its features at the beginning of the user’s journey.
Known issues
The Tracker Filter doesn’t work with the Chrome browser. This is a limitation orchestrated by Chrome for which we currently have no workaround.

Notable bug fixes
The presentation screens used to disappear after a few seconds if the user was not fast enough after setting up his Master Key. The Welcome experience was then completely overlooked with no possibility of getting it back. The screens are now available as expected.
Some companies would not appear in the Password Manager’s drop-down menu even though the user had entered them manually at some point to create a previous account. They are now displayed as expected.
The tutorial card “Add your accounts (Facebook, Amazon, etc.) to your Password Manager” had some issues with some tooltips missing and a failure to acknowledge the end of the task. It has been fixed.
Known issues
Changing a Master Key is still an issue when users do it from another device. It works properly, but the user needs to manually log out and then log back in for it to be effective.
The Pocket Geek ID Autofill feature has some limitations for retrieving credentials. This is fixed with the use of iOS 13.
